"Very good. Clean and comfortable. Great location, near Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station for easy access to downtown. Plenty of places to eat and drink very close by. We really appreciated the front desk clerk who arranged for early access to our room, having arrived early in the morning on an overnight flight. Only complaint was that one of the two elevators was out of service for the entire 8 days we stayed there. It made for some slow waits. "

We had lovely service from everyone, a very comfortable room, and a first-rate breakfast (free continental with the room one day and added an omelet for £6 another day). We walked nearly everywhere from here. I would readily stay here again."
