I love CitizenM, I always stay here when I go to London and the location is absolutely perfect, you have the Underground nearby and to be close of museums, Tower Bridge and the Borough Market, it makes it the perfect place. Also, the hotel is super nice. The rooms are a bit tiny if you’re traveling with someone but the price is worth it.

This is a convenient location, close to many great tourist sites. On the weekends, there is not much open around the area in terms of food. But aside from that - we highly recommend this hotel and location, especially for the room size, comfort and staff. All of the staff were excellent, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. This hotel is over-designed to the point of being counterintuitive. Signage is too clever for its own good and thereby confusing. The room had a very comfortable bed, but everything was controlled by an iPad - that didn't work. Breakfast offers a buffet with a good selection.

Our room was not cleaned properly and there were hair all over (our own) which were not removed. Rooms are high tech and we liked that part a lot. Bed was comfy but only one way to get out of it because other 3 sides were next to the walls, which you don’t expect at this price.

Great location near south bank behind the Tate modern. Clean functional rooms that tick all the boxes other than no coffee facilities or water bottles. They are quite small but very comfy beds, good shower and good tech with an iPad that controls tv, room service, blind, music etc. Cool trendy bar and restaurant with arty vibe. Good value so would definitely recommend for a short stay.
