A beautifully presented two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the second floor of a grand Victorian home in the heart of Hampstead. Full of artistic flair and flooded with natural light, this characterful space offers elegant interiors, access to a communal garden, and a peaceful location within walking distance of Hampstead Heath and local tube stations.

Set within a striking Victorian house on a quiet, tree-lined street, this spacious two-bedroom apartment is the perfect base for exploring one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Combining classic architectural features with eclectic charm, the home offers comfort, privacy, and style in equal measure.

The entrance hallway is light and airy, opening onto a semi open-plan living and dining area with wooden flooring, dual-aspect windows, and a dedicated workspace. This inviting space leads into a large lounge with two plush sofas and a TV – ideal for relaxing after a day out on Hampstead Heath.

The adjacent kitchen, accessed via double glass doors, is fully equipped for home cooking and beautifully appointed. It’s the perfect spot to prepare meals with fresh produce from the many artisan shops and delis found nearby.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a sleek en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has a double bed and ample storage, with access to a contemporary family bathroom complete with bathtub and overhead shower.

Throughout the home you’ll find tasteful décor, elegant design details, and a warm, homely feel. Guests also have access to a lush communal garden – ideal for a quiet morning coffee or peaceful evening read.

Please note: This home is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Renovation work is currently taking place in the apartment below, and there may be some noise between 8am and 6pm.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay in this well located and quiet apartment. Very clean, spacious and in a great location. About 8 minutes walk to train station and 5 minutes walk to Belsize Village. Lovely outlook. Be aware, if you have lots of luggage, that the apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift. However, there are only three apartments in the block so it is not noisy. Definitely recommend and would look forward to staying there again.
