Fake / scam listing

Fake / scam listing. No response from host so we were unable to access the property and left without accomodation. To their credit the Vrbo support team did try to assist and refunded us promptly.

A Flat with Park view

Nice, safe apartment in a great location. Close to tube and bus stops, restaurants and shops. Host was very nice. As Americans first time in London we did struggle a bit getting used to how things worked like the AC and hot water in the shower. We were able to figure it out and asked the hostess if we couldn’t. Would definitely stay here again.
