Room was fairly clean but u could only get in to bed one side en-suite very poor basin tap was all loose toilet cistern lid held together with tape and shower no thermostat dangerous

Great location just a few minutes walk from Paddington Station. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Furniture in room was falling apart, and washroom was very small but clean, had everything we needed to collapse after long days in London. Staff was friendly.

Problem with the toilet but as I was only at this hotel for 18 hours it wasn’t a major issue, basically I was able to work around the aforementioned problem without any trouble at all.

The room was great, bigger than expected for the price/area and had everything I needed. Easily walkable from Paddington which has excellent transport links. The down side was being on the fourth floor with no lift, and narrow, windy stairs

Terrible!!!! Do not stay here! Rooms are broken and demolished. If you want to take a shower you have to deal with boiling warm water! The wohle small room will then be foggy af. Also you will hear everything through the old wooden window without any isolation. The bed is completely shaky but the thick double blanket holds you very warm.

If you look down and read the reviews of our past guest you will find out that all our guests had pleasant stay with us.You had a difficulty to regulate the water mixer and member of our staff had assist you straight away and showed you how the mixer works and left you happy. We have thermostatic mixer installed in all our rooms which are different to European mixers. Unfortunately you could not understand how it works and blamed us about everything which is not nice. Our staff had assist you with everything and while checking out you damaged the alarm system and mixer which is totally unfair.

Everything was nice till the rain... I regret to inform you of an unpleasant incident that occurred during our stay at the hotel. During heavy rain, the roof of our room started leaking, resulting in all items on the windowsill getting wet or damaged. This caused significant inconvenience and damage to personal belongings. To our surprise, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience caused. Moreover, we did not even receive an apology from the hotel staff. Additionally, on the last day of our stay, coffee was not provided in the room, which seems to be a standard service.

Great choice
This place is a fantastic value. The location is perfect, close to a great pub, transit, and a variety of restaurants. The service at the front desk was great. We lost our luggage and they provided details on where to go to get replacement items nearby. There’s no lift, so be prepared for a set or two of stairs.

The staff were very good. Rooms looked nothing like picture on website. 1 of the rooms was too small for a double. 1 of the rooms the tv didnt work properly. 1 of the rooms, the pressure and temperature of the shower wasz rubbish, one minute it was cold next it was boiling hot. 1 of the rooms there was: writning on the wall, tape all over the cistern of the toilet, the paint was peeling away from the ceiling, nothing to stir tea and coffee. Both rooms: very noisy, could hear evrything from upstairs, next door and outside, only had plug in radiators, From looking at the reviews when booking, was expecting it to be a lot better than the reality. Wouldnt recommend the hotel.

Family weekend
The Hotel was easy to find in a quiet area of London. Paddington station and underground was close by with plenty of places to get a good hearty breakfast. Hyde park just round the corner opening up to the explore the excellent sites and sounds of London. The Hotel was pleasant, cosy and comfortable. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Would absolutely book again.

75 STAIRS to our room
Great location to Paddington station. BUT we were on the 4th floor 75 STAIRS to our small attic room very thin walls slopping floor, cold room no working radiator just a small oil filled heater. Extra blankets had stains over them. Curtains hanging off the rail.

Location and appearance of hotel great, in a great setting and walking distance of Paddington. Both members of staff we met were extremely polite and helpful which made you feel very welcome. Downside of the stay was the size of room and the condition of the room. Dated but had everything you need out of a room to stay for a few nights in London.
