After i little problem with first property they did manage to give us another one. Thanks to Donna for her support. After that, everything went well.

Double booked

Very negative experience. Despite reaching out a week prior to checking in and in communication up to the day before the check in we were not informed that they had double booked until the very morning of the actual check in. Had to cut the vacation short and return. The whole experience was a bitter one thereafter on all fronts.
