Floor to ceiling windows give the studio a light and airy feel while the kitchen and open plan living/sleeping area have beautiful wooden flooring.

A stylish room divider perfectly separates the living and bedroom areas into two distinct spaces. In the living area, there is a large sofa and HDTV as well as a circular dining table and chairs for two people.

The bedroom with a king-size bed also has a television as well as ample storage space and views from the Juliet balcony over Waterside Gardens. Features of the tiled bathroom include a walk-in, rainfall shower and underfloor heating.

The kitchen is well stocked with Siemens appliances, such as a washer-dryer, and the cupboards are underlit contributing to the chic feel of the apartment.
