Room was small but that was not a problem. Very reasonable price and served our needs for an overnight stay. Arrived late (ish) and left early. All clean and comfortable which is all we needed. Very quiet too.

Suites with two beds is a lot better option than single bed. It is spacious and washroom as well and includes a tub. As can be expected you do pay for these features. It was disappointing that they refused my request to upgrade my one bed suite to a double bed via Expedia. However I was able to get it done while I was onsite. There daily rates are higher than what one gets through Expedia so do use Expedia for your booking. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I found navigation to be a challenge as others have complained as well. However, once you get onto campus, signs do guide you appropriately. Parking is free and good.

Property was very good. Good parking. Felt safe. Nice staff. Decent shower. Excellent value for money. Only negative is the room smelt a little of tobacco smoke.

Nice hotel but wouldn't eat there!
I stayed last night and decided to have an evening meal. That was a big mistake! It was 21.05 and the kitchen closed at 21.30 I was eventually served by the most miserable person I've ever encountered. I asked for the Lamb Shank but they were out of that which happens so I ordered a steak. She came back from the kitchen to tell me there wasn't enough time to cook it. Ok so what was left to eat? Burger. So I asked for cheese as an extra. Cheese,?? she asked, yes as in a 'cheese' burger. I'll have a roll and butter whilst I wait. Huh! It arrived with the burger! So to the bar to pay for the meal and a lime & soda. I was met by misery guys, I asked for a bottle of water and glass to take to the room and was presented with a small soda water. Unbelievable!!

This hotel is basically like student’s accommodation. Small room, stained walls, dirty carpet. The bar area consists of dirty brown sofas. The staff were polite but that was the only good part. Needs a total upgrade!

The beds were comfy, but the rooms were uncomfortably hot. Shower head wouldnt stay up. Its also in the middle of Brunel University, like one of the halls of residence.

Was expecting better
Stayed here a couple of years previously and was really impressed. Unfortunately not so much this time. Paid for a premium room and it was exactly the same set up as the 'standard' room we got given last time only this time it was much more run down. The room was rather 'shabby'. The bathroom was dirty. The shower screen had green mould on it and trim falling off the bottim of the bath. We stayed on the third floor and it was almost unbearably hot. You could literally feel the heat as soon as you stepped out of the lift onto the corridor. The room had no air conditioning and only a small fan. We had to leave the window open and, as we were overlooking the courtyard, it was quite noisy early morning. The safe was absolutely pointless as it wasnt attached to anything and was so light it could just be picked up and put in a bag! During out 4 night stay, out room was nit serviced at all. No clean towels or bedding, no replenishment of shower products or toilet rolls. The restraunt menu is massively reduced from the one they advertise on line. On the plus side, the staff were all friendly and polite and the beds were comfortable. Parking is plentiful and free

Nice and quiet location, on a University campus. No AC in the room but there were a couple fans so it was manageable, thankfully not hot weather so that helped. Staff was great, bar area in hotel was nice and chill.
