Do not book this!!! We were rebooked by expedia for the 4th time and when arriving at the location, they cancelled the booking at 8pm. This is after we had been in the cold for hours and had to settle with a Travelodge as we had been deserted by both Expedia and the apartment.

Basic but great location.
The apartment (top floor) is slightly shabby. Marks on the walls, no plug in the kitenette sink, taps in the bathroom are loose. The bed has a thin matress. It feels like a 1990's student flat. However, it is clean and everything works. Warm and cosy. The main attraction is location and price. If you don't much care about four star or even three star rooms, you have good self catering accommodation just a stones throw from Victoria station.

Was ok for the cost but wouldn't stay again.
Very basic which is all we needed. But after a very busy day, we struggled to enter our apartments. The front door was ok after the 3rd attempt but the door to the room caused us significant issues as we were given the wrong code. After a 10 minute phone call we were able to get in.

The property was extremely dirty. The fire alarm was beeping all day and night and required a new battery. There was mold in the bathroom. The refrigerator smelled like someone died in it (words from my 12 year old!). The street traffic was loud and motorcycles all night long past 3am. The beds had springs popping in our backs. The windows needed updating to fix this. We would never ever stay here again.

For 2 vey busy women the apartment was in a great location Warwick Way not Wilton Road which was fine. The bedroom smelt of illegal substances. There was a second room that was locked which made us felt nervous on calling we found that it was not occupied. We had no hot water the second day so no showers! Spacious for 2 great location and price for central London just needs a facelift.

Great little place very close to Victoria Train Station
This little room was priced perfect. We didn't care that it wasn't large or that it had stairs going to it.. I just wish we could have got it again for a return flight because it's just so close 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was clean and so is the bathroom and we didn't have to share a bathroom for that price very happy

Misleading Listing
This apartment quality was acceptable given the price and their service was excellent. However, the description on Hotels.com did not match the actual apartment I stayed in at all (not sure if that is Expedia´s fault or Victoria Apartments), and the location was at least 1 mile away from the location listed on Hotels.com. You all need to merchandise the truth much better.

Person in office very rude, told me to look at email to figure out how to get in then handed me a wad of keys and told me the door was next to. coffee shop-after finally getting thru first door had to go thru a dark dirty hallway up many stairs. The room is much smaller and worn than appears in pictures. Bed comfort ok but noisy outside. Overall quite disappointed.as pictures misleading, staff very rude.

The location is good. There was no electricity when we checked in and took about an hour for it to be sorted. The sofa bed’s cushion was damaged. The electric fan was very wobbly, so we’re the dining table and the chairs. The bath tub is damaged.

Slum Conditions and Lies! Do NOT book with them!
The management has a blatant disregard for the comfort and well-being of their guests. Broken locks allowing anyone to enter the stairwell from the street just by pushing on the door ("It was only broken yesterday. We will fix it." - it was likely broken for weeks), dingy hall and stairway (think 1920's NYC slum tenement), staff unavailable during an emergency that occurred, etc. The emergency was a flood wasn't their fault (someone in the apartment upstairs must have taken a shower without using the shower curtain), the bed and bedroom was soaked and unusable, and the water shorted the electricity only in our apartment. However, their response to this emergency was woefully inadequate. The office was closed when we returned, so we made many attempts to contact someone - anyone - about the problem. Calls to the after hours number were unanswered, and there was no opportunity to leave a message. When I was finally able to get through to someone (after 11 PM), I was assured by the manager that I would not be charged for that evening due to the inconvenience (it was the last night of our stay and we needed to leave early for a flight). However, neither I, nor hotels.com have been able to get a response from anyone regarding the issue. I can only assume that the manager was dishonest about the refund. Finally, don't believe the online photos. The property condition is only slightly better than a slum.

Clean and spacious apartment! Everything was comfortable and easy to use. And very clean. Easy to access the tube and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I was especially pleased with how well they communicated when I left my iPad at the flat. They were on the ball with communicating how to get it back to me and very helpful. The bathtub is slippery and it would be nice to have a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on. Otherwise excellent!

Did the job for what we wanted, which was a place to keep an overnight bag before going out for the day and leaving early in the morning (attended Community Festival). Not in a great condition and not really what the photos show on the site, however was close to lots of bars, restaurants and Victoria Coach/Train Station.

Buyers beware!!
The room we received in London did not match the pictures on the booking when I booked it on Hotels.com. The description of the room did not match the room we received. The room was small no furniture very uncomfortable. The bathroom was the only thing that was adequate. We tried to stay out of the room as long as we could and only go in there to sleep at night. When we booked a room the pictures were of a beautiful clean larger room. Newer furniture and very nice but that is not the room we received.

It’s like your going into an estate agent to collect your key if your in the opening hour window, but once briefed on how to get into the apartment it was easy. You receive an email prior also on how to enter the apartment after 6pm. So remember your codes. Clean place and very cheap also a sense of security is welcome. Step outside of the apartment and your in Victoria very close to bars and grub. Perfect

If you expect a less than 3 star place it is fine...the stairs are difficult...narrow, with short tread and old carpet. And the floor in bathroom is on a slant. The bed is not very comfortable, but everything was clean. The kitchen is nice to use, and has a washer, not a dryer (laundry). Light in bathroom is dim. But clean. This apt is right above the office....2 floors up. It is close to another apt, but no one was there so it was quiet, except for street traffic sounds, which is to be expected. Close enough to walk to Victoria Station, even with luggage. Would be hot on a hot day, but window opens.

The property was very close to the coach station and a nice place but we were on the top flat and both being senior people we found it rather difficult to walk up and down 50 stairs several times a day.

I communicated with both Expedia and Victoria Apartments about my change of reservation and both sides agreed on the change. Then I get to London and Victoria Apartments has booked my room out to another. I was not informed of this. I had to them scramble to find accommodation for the night after most hotels check in time. Expedia has agreed to refund my booking through travel insurance. A word of advice, always get travel insurance.
