Welcome to my inviting two-bedroom semi-detached home, nestled in the affluent and picturesque neighborhood of Hampstead in North West London. Known for its leafy streets, historic buildings, and cultural attractions, Hampstead offers a tranquil yet vibrant urban environment. Don't miss a visit to the renowned London Zoo, just 2.4 miles away. Ideal for families and friends alike, this home offers comfort and convenience in a serene setting.
Nestled in the verdant and tranquil neighborhood of Hampstead, this two-level semi-detached house offers a peaceful retreat amidst lush greenery.

Step through the welcoming entrance and into the open-plan living area, exuding warmth and spaciousness. With skylights and large windows offering views of the upscale private backyard, this homely space invites relaxation and rejuvenation. Lounge on the comfortable sofa while enjoying entertainment on the TV or gather around the wonderful dining space overlooking the serene backyard.

The adjacent open-plan kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and contemporary amenities to facilitate effortless cooking and dining experiences.

Upstairs, two bright bedrooms await your restful retreat. The master bedroom boasts a double-sized bed, while the second bedroom features two singles, both adorned with hotel-quality linens ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Ample space in both bedrooms allows for convenient storage of belongings.

Indulge in relaxation in the spacious bathroom, complete with a bathtub perfect for unwinding after a long day. Soft fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Outside, a beautiful fenced patio and a spacious private backyard offer ample opportunities for outdoor enjoyment and al fresco dining amidst the tranquil surroundings.

Rest assured, the place will be meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for your stay in Hampstead.
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

Family gathering

The property was nice, and we were very happy with our stay. However, we all had phones and laptops which needed charging, and none of us had converters for the wall outlets. Given London's international reach, providing plug converters would have been very nice. The walking distance to the nearest underground stations was manageable, but not insignificant.
