Discover London from our super convenient apartment. This stylish apartment is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home.

The apartment is 400m from Chelsea Football Club and only 100m to Fulham Broadway Tube, giving you fast access to all of Central London. Red Double Decker buses are directly outside the building giving you all the best sight seeing routes taking you via Kings Road to Sloane Square, Westminster, Trafalgar Square and Bank.

Whether it is a London holiday break or simply a shopping spree we are in a fabulous spot to access whatever you need.

The rear of the building leads to a lovely park with tennis courts. Boris Bikes are available directly at the rear of the building as well.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge freezer with water dispenser, a gas hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a microwave. There is a washer dryer an ironing board and iron.

The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television in every room with Netflix and super fast fibre optic internet access. Ideal for international Zoom chats.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a King size double bed with an ensuite bathroom with rain shower, heated towel rail, special lighting and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion.

The second bedroom suite contains a double bed with identical ensuite shower room as bedroom one.

Professionally boiled and pressed linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a sofa bed that can be made up for an extra £30 charge. But the flat is more comfortable with 4 people.

There is a fabulous balcony with a sun awning and delightful views towards the mature trees of the park - an ideal spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of champagne.

Parking is either on street meter parking, or the Fulham Broadway Car Park. Guests are responsible for the charges and we would advise coming by taxi and using the transport facilities as we are in a super central location.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed. Ashtrays are provided outside.
- We have a very strict no party policy and reserve the right to ask guest to leave if other guests in the building or neighbours are disturbed.
- Pets are allowed, upon request, for an additional £30 charge but we do ask that they stay in the reception area and corridor area where we have wooden floors as the bedrooms have seagrass carpet which is easy to soil and cannot be cleaned.

Stellar Rental - Will Return!
This place is perfectly located (a few steps from the underground) on top of being very clean and lovely. The amount of space was perfect for the three of us and we really appreciated the small touches added (fantastic coffee, amazing showers with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste, nice candles, washer and dryer, and probably more that I'm just not remembering in my jet lag). The beds were very comfortable and having an 8 hour time difference to deal with, we really appreciated being able to sleep well when we could. There's a picture in the ad of the Fox and the Pheasant in Fulham - this is a must! We had our by far best meal there in our travels through much of London and Dublin during our stay. We absolutely loved our stay in Fulham and will definitely return and hope that we can rent this gem of a flat again!

This was a very nice flat. Perfect location. It was so close to buses and subway. Easy transfer to central london and sightseeing. Very easy transfer to airport as well. Instructions that Clare left were excellent. Loved the suggestion for bus 11!!!! We enjoyed our time. Will definitely stay again!!

Excellent!
An excellent place to stay! I never leave reviews but this was a terrific trip for us. Flat is near tube, there's a helpful book on how to operate things inside, and there are fantastic restaurant recommendations as well. We ate at Fox & Pheasant and Harwood Arms as recommended and they were both fabulous and we could walk to both. There is a large park nearby, and plenty of little shops for everything you need. Property was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe which was especially important to me. I will definitely book for a future visit to London and can't recommend it enough!

Lovely little place

Perfect Stay near Fulham Broadway
I stayed here for 7 nights with my son and his partner, and it was perfect in every way. I was so pleased with how safe the neighborhood felt and the proximity to the underground station. The flat was very clean and new and had everything we needed. Communication was very quick and clear. I would stay here again in a minute!
