Very spacious I chose the smallest room of this apartment. It was found that part of the lighting of the room was not working and it looked quite dim.

Good Value for Money
A great location - close to buses, tube & overground, as well as local shops & eateries. Not five star but with plenty of space compared,to a hotel room, and with a small kitchen if you don’t want to eat out for every meal. Would definitely consider for next visit.

This Aparthotel is a real find! If you're looking for a ritzy place with brand-new appliances and a shiny lobby, this isn't for you. But if you want a spacious apartment really close to a tube stop, in an eclectic neighborhood with tons of shops, and all that for a great price, then look no further! I very much enjoyed my stay.

Great location. Very spacious apartment with very comfortable beds and a recently renovated bathroom. Very helpful reception staff. Unfortunately the kitchen was a bit run down and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. But on the whole, I'd probably stay there again.

It was ok. Apartment is nice and spacious but the general hotel environment is basic. (If you are looking for something luxurious), the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of shops around, Proximity to train and bus station is great!

Excellent location great room amenities. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The only negative is that there are no mirrors in the flat apart from the bathroom one- difficult to get ready and dressed up😆 Also windows don’t fully open, which can be a bit of an issue on warm days.

Good value - good location - some disappointments
Positives: easy check-in; lots of space (bedroom, kitchen/living room, hallway, bathroom); decent shower + heated towel rail; big bed; kitchen area; quiet (room was at the back, at the end of the corridor); located above a small supermarket for food supplies; good location - easy Underground/ Tube connection to central London & to Paddington for Heathrow. Negatives: the wood/laminate floor was in terrible condition - astonishingly worn; huge burn mark on back of sofa; scrappy cutlery/ crockery Neutral: immediate area is ok, but not super nice. Completely fine if you're used to London, but not ideal for someone who wants to be somewhere fancy.

It is recommended to stay. Strategic location. We would like to give compliments to the staff that checked us in (didnt get his name). He was the only helpfull staff in maida vale aparthoyel. This is our 2nd visit here. We feel he is the best & helpfull staff here. He helped us thru during our missing baggage delivery with etihad. Other staff told us they cant help.

Overall good, but didn't meet expectations
The rooms in this aparthotel's apartment looked quite different from the pictures on the website, having no bed throw, nice touches (like plants and fancy lights) and looking nowhere as nice as they make it seem online. It had, however, all the basics necessary for an aparthotel and it was clean. The staff were helpful, although when we got to the place we had to wait 5 minutes because there was nobody at the reception. The hallway smelled funny and because it's so close to Kilburn High Road Overground station, the noise from the trains is quite noticeable. Some wall plugs didn't work at some point and we had to call staff which flicked the switch for some fuse - they were very nice and helpful.

Flat is very conveniently located. Checkin process was a breeze. The flats are well equipped, spacious and clean. Only issue is the floors were a but worn. Would suggest maybe tiling the hallway and kitchen areas instead of the current laminate floor.

Good basic apartment style hotel for budget friendly travelers. Separate bedroom, living areas. Kitchen area adequately stocked. Very close to Underground and Overground rail. Several groceries in immediate area. Helpful staff. Alert: on very busy, noisy road. If visiting in summer you need the windows open (no AC), so it will be loud.

Booked two 2-bedroom apartments and two 1-bedroom apartments. One of the 1-bedroom apartments was extremely hot - the heating could not be controlled and was constantly on in the middle of one of London's worst heatwaves. One of the 2-bedroom apartments had the same problem, and we had to eventually turn the heaters off at the fusebox to make the apartments livable. The other 2-bedroom apartment (Room 211) only had enough hot water for 2 occupants, and we would not get more hot water until the next day. We complained to the staff from the day we arrived, but it was NEVER fixed throughout our stay. The staff member at the front desk kept saying that he had put a ticket through to get it fixed, and got quite irate when we complained daily when it wasn't fixed. The apartments were not in great condition. There were holes in the walls, and the floorboards were popping up everywhere and consequently uneven. Lighting was dim, and it was a good thing we were there during the summer when the days were long. The apartments are next to an Overground train station, so expect some noise. We knew that coming in, so that was not a problem for us. It's also right off Kilburn High Road, so it's conveniently close to supermarkets, restaurants, a Starbucks and several pubs. I can live with the noise, and even the less than stellar conditions, but the lackadaisical attitude of the management in fixing the hot water is a dealbreaker for us. I will DEFINITELY NOT be returning.

This was really basic accommodation. We had a two-bedroom apartment that was functional and quiet, but the fixtures were all antiquated, there are no services and the place was none too clean. Nothing about this to recommend it.

Average accommodation - stayed from Monday through Thursday. Spacious and clean one bedroom Flat ( Street view from the 3rd story flat attached) Receptions manager was polite and friendly. The area is not posh in fact is rough. The building sits over a gym - £6.95 to use it daily ( gym is not part of the accommodation) Bank of Ireland ATM and Tesco are both 50 meters from the building entrance Kill Burn over ground and underground are only a few meters from the hotel entrance. Comfortable bed but was very very disturbed by the street noise ( Traffic / sirens / people yelling). There is no air conditioning and or fans ( was 30 C outside) - as a result was an extremely uncomfortable stay. Bathroom was clean, good pressure in the shower with a hot towel rack. There is a washer in the flat without a dryer - disappointed. There is a laundry-mat-across the street. House Keeping is only once in 7 days

We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are spacious. Great location with a Tesco just beside the apartment. Staffs are friendly. On the first night, washing machine is not working, tried to call the staff using in house phone but not working as well. We have to go all the way to the reception. Staff came up but couldn't do anything. Requested to change room but they advise no other 2 bedrooms apartment available. We were then given other room key to use their washing machine. No hot water after 2 of my friends took their shower. This happens everyday. There was one day we went out early at 8am, came back at 11pm and still no hot water to bath. The water was freaking ICE water. Told the staff and again they give us other room key to access to their bathroom, no effort being made to our room. There is no aircon or fan in the rooms but only heater. To us is still okay as the weather was good enough to stay without fan. The most unacceptable things to us was the cleanliness of the floor. dusty and sticky. It doesn't look like anyone has clean that floor before we checked in. Overall a good price with great location stay in London but you pay what you get.

There's no shower curtain in the bathroom. The bathroom gets very messy after shower. We requested with two staff and still can't get one till the day we checked out. ( we stayed for 5 nights) Terrible service. The only good thing about this apartment is the location. Like others said, the room is a bit run down and need some update. Will not come back here again.

Great apartment in great location. We were given a superior apartment even though booked standard apartment. Very comfortable. Nice to get coffee, tea and milk left on arrival and toiletries too. Reception staff extremely helpful. Location was extremely good. Short walk to Underground and all local amenities on doorstep. Nice area. Definitely recommend these apartments.

The hotel/apartments are close to the metro which was really nice. A nearby grocery store and Starbucks was convenient. As well as a gray pub next door for a pint or quick bite. We stayed here for a week and the first apartment we were in didn’t have any hot water. The staff was very friendly and helped us switch rooms the next day. The apartments are simple but have everything you need, and are a bargain in the London area. It worked well for our needs.

I travel a lot and stay in many aparthotels and this is one of the best spec apartment hotels I have stayed in. it is quite pricy but overall v happy. All mod cons and the kitchen has all the equipment you will need for a home-from-home.

Not the worst stay in London
Pretty basic apartments. A little run down, but quite spacious and functional if not overly comfortable. Apartment included all necessities; toiletries, ironing board, hairdryer, tea & coffee facilities, wifi, hot water and good water pressure etc. Quirks included a lack of shower curtain which meant the bathroom floor got soaked. The windows in the apartment were open on arrival (February) which meant it was a little cold, but the (electric) heaters did heat the place up relatively quickly.... even if they smelt a little!

On our first day, we arrived at the hotel around 12:30 to check in, lady at the counter said room was not ready (as check in is officially 3 pm) but we can go away and come back in 1 hour. Ok, did that but when we came back and asked is our room ready, she said 'you can check' and waved us to go up to our room. So with our luggage we went up and found that the cleaner was still there and there was a miscommunication about the readiness of the room. Now we were a bit bummed about this set back so when we went back down and said actually the room was not ready, lady at the counter started defending herself that she couldn't reach the cleaning lady by phone so thought it was ready. No apologies here. Next we offered us to check into another room - which we did but turns out had a broken light that popped in the kitchen and during our stay the hot water tank broke down so we had cold showers for 2 days. Before we asked Management about this and upon our request moved us to a better apartment, which was newer and nicer.
