DO NOT STAY HERE. This property is in terrible condition, the hallways have holes in the walls, peeling paint, and a wet moldy smell. The rooms are not much better. The room we were given had a microwave that would short circuit when using it, a fridge that was warm, dirty and smelly, the knob on the heater was broken and the washing machine had large amounts of mold. When we spoke to reception about this, they showed us 3 more rooms of the same poor standard. We gave them ample chance to give us a room of the standard advertised on this website and all the rooms were in the same condition; moldy washing machines, broken appliances, wet mold smells etc. With a 4 month old baby, we simply couldn't stay there, store breastmilk safely, or use any of the appliances for baby bottles/cleaning etc. We came to the inevitable decision to stay elsewhere. We attempted to be civil and pay half of the stay and get the remainder refunded, they reimbursed us only for the one night we stayed, and refused to reimburse the rest, despite offering rooms of seriously poor standards.

To address some of the specific points, unfortunately, we were not able to replicate these issues. We provide manuals in all rooms for the appliances to help guests use them effectively.

The apartment block was very good location wise, just a minite walk from Borough Tube station. It was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful Only downside was the pull out bed. Quite uncomfortable.

The flat was lovely and pretty spacious. All the essentials were provided and I didn't feel at anytime that I required help from the staff. I liked the location with a supermarket on the doorstep and London underground station about five minutes walk away. Would recommend

great check in service very helpful. good location to the Borough underground station. apartment was fresh, modern and had everything in it that you might need. good value for money. with a tesco's express next door so that you can pick up whatever you might require. I would defienetly recommend it if you seek a great alternative to a 4 /5 star hotel.

Checkin was appalling. I was second in line, when a man pushed infront of the couple ahead of me. The single receptionist then proceeded to spend 15 minutes sorting him out - ignoring the fact he pushed in. The next couple then took 20 minutes to check in due to issues with the card machine. The recptionist then let a man push ahead and then another woman who just wanted to ska question which took another 15 minutes. By this time another man had arrived to reception who had to point out that I had been next. Whilst serving me another person pushed in and she handed my driving licence to that person. 45 minute check in no apology - just not a good experience.

We rented a 1-Bedroom Unit for 8 nights. Very clean apartment with nice and modern amenities. Electrical receptacles were great. Location is a bit far from much of London's tourist attractions. Bus stops are right in front, but must transfer to get most places. Underground station is a bit of a walk and also requires transfers. Front desk was friendly, but follow up on requests was not good.

Marvellous London get together!
Brilliant location just over the road from Borough underground station. Walkable distance to Borough market (10 mins). We were 3 families meeting up before 1 family flew back to Australia. Perfect accommodation for this as we were able to gather in one of the apartment’s lounges for a few drinks in the evening due to a lot of bars not allowing entry to children. Clean, well equipped and great location. Two families parked their cars at £15 per day. Really convenient.

Very spacious apartment but not particularly new-looking or fancy. Good location for Shard, Borough Market etc. Very conveniently located next door to a Tesco Express. Parking = great. No aircon Lounge area has a large window that completely opens with a very high drop… as a parent to young kids these made me a bit anxious. Reception desk staff were very helpful.

Great place for family of 5. Two bedroom two bath. Close to borough tube atop as well as borough market...great place for food and CHEESE! Front desk was staffed and friendly and knowledgeable. Place was super clean and located right next door to a supermarket!!

Our stay was fabulous, location a plus, very quiet neighborhood, tesco market next door for our supplies, Tube station Borough. Only cons was no Ac in our room

House keeping needs attention with litter from previous occupant left on floor Very basic decoration, not very comfortable and refreshments of tea, coffee and milk limited. TV had reception issues Convenient location Good manager who listened carefully to observations but unwelcoming reception staff did not make positive impression initially Much better apartments available for same price

Dear guest,Thank you for your feedback and comments. I am sorry to hear that the accommodation was not what you expected. I would like to let you know that in regards to the tea, coffee etc this is just part of our welcome package, we do not replenish those items during the stay. We offer serviced apartments and the guests have the freedom to buy anything they may want during their stay. The welcome pack is to have the basics when you arrive in case the stores are closed. So you have some coffee, tea, milk, some toiletries but unfortunately we do not provide the same service as a hotel.I am glad that you found the manage to be helpful. We will be addressing your concerns in regards to the reception team with each of them to ensure they show a more welcome attitude.I am sorry again for not being able to provide you with a n enjoyable stay.Kind regards,Miguel Pita

Great size apartment for family of 4. Three minute walk to Borough tube. Tesco is underneath the apartment. Plenty of bars and places to eat nearby.

I liked the location and the apartment was very spacious. It was a quick walk to many restaurants and the Thames. The Royal Oak Pub was across the street and the food was REALLY good. The unit was clean, but needed maintenance. The shower drain was clogged. I resolved it with drain cleaner and hot water. The dishwasher was leaky, I washed the dishes by hand. Areas of the walls were patched but not repainted.

Spacious and clean. Friendly staff. The marketing led us to expect a view but we were low down and it was quite noisy. They took quite a large deposit that we were not expecting and then said we would have to wait 8 days to get this back.

We have quite a few long staying bookings and sometimes we don't have many departures so our availability is limited. In regards to the pre authorisation this is advertised on all our booking channels, including Expedia. You should be able to see this in your confirmation.
