Very comfortable hotel - great location, very accessible, loads of options around for food & drink. Spa was nice (incl. massage). Good option for a nice weekend stay in London.

Was a nice place but few issues with room (which didn’t bother me too much at the time but on reflection not what I’d expect when reserving a suite in a 4.5-star hotel. Tv didn’t work (not the biggest issue as had my tablet), incredibly limited room service menu. And the view was blocked with boards covering my windows. Otherwise, comfy bed and great pimples and the free Nespresso and refillable water was a nice touch

Well managed and up to date property . Very modern and clean. Great for business trip in shoreditch area or if you want to do touristy stuff but are ok with 30 min Uber /Cab rides to central city attractions. Hotel is well priced so definitely a good value for money

Fantastic hotel, deserves it’s 5 stars!
Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very professional and courteous, and the hotel was very clean. My room was spacious and included all the amenities required for a relaxing and stress-free stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit London and stay somewhere outside of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but within close proximity to Shoreditch and the city.

Brilliant hotel.
The building was fantastic. The facilities excellent, staff very good. Bedrooms and all sorts of great extras, liked dental kit, sewing kit, shaving kit etc. Coffee machine in the rooms. Would have been great to have a jug of fresh milk in the fridge, that was the only thing that could have been improved upon. Pool/spa was busy but very nice. Rooms had bath robes and sliders to take to the spa. Heat controls were responsive in rooms. We had a very comfortable night. Will definitely be back

I love the pool and water fountains on each floor. But the TV offer was disappointing. I couldn’t connect my streaming accounts. It would be good to add that to the TVs.

Great family stay
Great stay at the Montcalm east. Super efficient and helpful staff at Check in. We only booked 20 mins before we arrived and that didn’t fluster them. Modern style, interiors modern facilities. We were given kids toiletries and a popcorn maker with kernels to make popcorn in the room which our 4 year old loved. Pool and spa facilities great to have. Good offer for breakfast. Staff very friendly. Would stay again

I can’t say enough about this hotel, I strongly recommend! My husband and I travel out of the country three times a year. We came to watch NFL game, I wasn’t excited about coming to London. I’ve heard nothing but bad things. But after staying at this hotel, it’s a place I would definitely visit again. The location is perfect, service. Excellent, they give you a hand out of all the top spots to hit within walking distance, which we did all of them. if I go back to London, I will definitely be staying at this hotel. I came with six other couples and they all agree this hotel is it a plus for us

Wonderful stay!
We were celebrating the wedding anniversary and asked for a room with a beautiful view. When we arrived we were so amazed as we not only had a room on high floor with a beautiful view but also our room was beautifully decorated for us! We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very modern, staff is very professional, breakfast are amazing- plenty of choice and the chef is making the best waffles in the world! We truly recommend this hotel!
