Perfect hen do/group trip solution
I booked the two top floor (4 bed) rooms for my sister's hen party and it was the best decision of the whole trip. The rooms were lovely and big, super clean and very comfortable. We checked in late in the evening after the receiption closed but they left really great, clear instructions on how to get in and the keysafe so it wasn't a problem at all. We found the location to be amazing. Just a few minutes walk to the nearest tube and bus stops including the open top tourist bus which we used to get around the city scenically. One of our party forgot her coat in the room after we'd left and the staff were amazing about keeping it safe for us until one of us could return to London to pick it up.

Not as nice as photos would suggest,but still fine
Compact room, I suppose that is to be expected for London, but was smaller than the photos make it appear. Despite this, the room was well equipped, using good space saving solutions so that the room offered more than you would expect. A few things needed some attention, like the sliding door to the bathroom, but overall, good value for money and close to a couple of tube stations and right next to Hyde Park.

Excellent small room with kitchen facilities, close to all amenities, less than 5 minute walk to Hyde park and 25 minute to Oxford street, newly refurbished and good value for money. Reception really helpful. Stayed here for 2.5 weeks and would highly recommend

Excellent location for the underground and local shops/restaurants and also access to Oxford street, Covent Garden. Lovely property. The studio was perfect for me and my 2 children - compact but so well equipped. Very clean, quick check-in. Very nice bathroom with lovely shower! It was perfect for our 3 day trip to London. Will definitely book again. Great value for money

Great place will stay again
Check-in a breeze friendly staff. The room was small but compact no table to eat at or work from but everything worked well the bed was comfortable, showers powerful and hot, coffee machine a nice extra touch. Very little noise at night so slept well. And it has a lift so no struggling with cases up sheer stairs, yay! This is the best hotel apartment I have stayed at in Baywater and I think I have now stayed at all of them. No charge to leave bags - bonus.

Room was a little tight for 3 people but we managed. Having a kitchenette was super helpful. The hair dryer went up in flames, literally, on the first day but was replaced by the end of the day. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great place third time there , expect small rooms but clean , updated and so handy to everything , tube , bus, Hyde park , shops , groceries , restaurants . But you have a small kitchen !!

2 night stay
We stayed in a basic room for 2 nights at the back of the hotel on the third floor. the room was spotless, very modern and superbly packaged. the apartment is not large but all the space available is very well utilised. Location is great for Hyde Park ( we attended the radio 2 festival ) and only a 3 minute walk to Bayswater underground The high street has everything you could need along with some nice restaurants and cafe's will certainly stay again

TINY TINY TINY
Most rooms at this hotel are just way too small to provide a comfortable stay and not the size advertised on hotels.com. When I booked they stated and still do that the rooms were either 194 or 215 square feet and there is no way the standard room which I have circled in the photo and most floors have 4 of these identical rooms are anywhere near that size. I was staying over 2 weeks and was lucky enough to be able to change to a slightly larger room after 2 nights which was appreciated. I really think they have tried to cram too many rooms into what I assume was once an elegant single family home. I doubt the standard rooms are over 140 square feet and made more impractical by having doors on the small kitchenette which you can't easily pass when open and most of the things you need to use are on the floor under the sink including the electrical outlets. In addition to the small size of the rooms both rooms i stayed in were incredibly noisy with noise coming from adjacent rooms, the plumbing ( I think every tap or toilet connected into a pipe in my wall) and noise from the street. The place was kept very clean by the daily housekeeping staff, the a/c worked really well s did the internet and the staff were great. The location is great with two underground stations on different lines a short walk from the hotel as well as a good bus service and a ton of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops nearby.

Clean and modern apartments in a good location.
We stayed for the Carnival weekend. The apartment was in a good location which wasn’t too close to the carnival but easier enough to walk to. It’s also a 5 min walk to Hyde Park as well. The room was clean Really good shower which was powerful and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful Only drawbacks were: As the apartment is really small it could be a little awkward moving around for 2 people but we were aware of that from the pictures and other reviews so wasn’t really a major issue as it was only for a short stay. The walls were thin so could hear a lot of footsteps/noise in the above rooms during the night Given the price if I was staying in the area I would definitely come back.

The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from Paddington station. It is easily accessible, or you can catch a Uber or cab ride from the station. Check in was smooth and easy. We travelled with a baby so we requested for a portacot. The charge was $15(GBP) per night. The room was spacious with a small kitchen amenity and bathroom was decent. Location is close to tube stations and within walking distance to Bayswater, Hyde Park. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great location, very clean compact room
This was a lovely place to stay. A great location so close to tube, shops, restaurants and Kensington gardens. Very clean and friendly helpful staff. Room was small hard to walk around the bed and just managed to put suitcases under the bed to give us more room. Everything you need in a kitchenette although very compact. Bathroom was a good size and had a great shower with a rain shower head. The smart TV was a bonus. Air con made it very comfortable in the July heat. Would stay here again.

Apartment hotel in great central location
We stayed for two nights in a triple room as attending a concert at Hyde park. Ideally located and within walking distance of tube stations. We had a room on the ground floor which was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Slightly too small for 3 adults with luggage however. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
