Thank you for your positive review of our hotel. Our hotel building is listed as Grade 2 by English Heritage and therefore, we regret that we are not allowed to install a new larger lift.

Gli asciugamani lasciati pendenti vengono lasciati conformi al nostro impegno per un futuro a basse emissioni di carbonio. Offriamo agli ospiti tanti asciugamani extra da utilizzare come richiesto. 3) I custodi della casa non sono autorizzati a toccare e spostare le cose degli ospiti nella stanza. Hai lasciato i tuoi vestiti e valigie e borse dappertutto, quindi i nostri addetti alle pulizie non sono stati in grado di spostare i tuoi articoli, per motivi di sicurezza degli ospiti e della privacy. Ciò ha reso impossibile rendere i tuoi letti senza spostare i tuoi oggetti privati. Tuttavia, quando il custode è tornato nella tua stanza per offrirti di fare i letti con la vista dei tuoi oggetti personali, hai chiesto al custode di andarsene. Sfortunatamente, il nostro staff non parla italiano, ma possiamo usare google voice translate o chiedere aiuto da un oratore italiano a Expedia.com, tuttavia, non volevi cooperare con il nostro staff in alcun modo durante il vostro soggiorno non era altro che potessimo fare.

Thank you for your review of our hotel. You do not state the dates of your visit, or the room which you occupied. All rooms are checked and inspected daily by the head cleaner, and we hold written cleaning charts accordingly. It is our policy to rectify any problems, or complaints of guests, immediately, and not AFTER departure.

Thank you for your review of our hotel. Renovations are still in progress,and slow as the building is a Heritage Grade 2 listed.

Thank you for your kind review. The renovation of the hotel is still work in progress. All rooms have been updated with new furniture, curtains, carpet,lighting etc. The hotel building is " Grade 2" listed by the Heritage department of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The common areas of the hotel will also be renovated in the near future.We are still waiting for approvals from that department. to do so. Best regards
