Reasonable
Clean room with sink. No en-suite. Single glazed windows, so quite loud at night. Good value for money for location though.

I arrived at the property only to be told there is a 3 guest maximum. After travelling from Leeds I was very annoyed. I had to find alternative accommodation. I was also charged for the room I didn’t even stay in.

Room nicely decorated and bed comfy only 2 problems were, the TV wasn't connected to anything so couldn't watch and shower wasn't working in my room but was told that on arrival. Close to town centre 10 min walk

I arrived after 8pm and the room wasn't ready !!! and was asked to wait outside until bed was made up !!!! 10 minutes later I was beckoned that it was ready . The premises is a very out dated place and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke including the bedroom and the window was open to try and disguise the smoky smell . The shower in my room was broken . It was an expensive bed for the night but I am grateful for that as there are homeless people out there without the comfort of a warm room and roof over there heads .

When I arrived at the hotel, the door for my room could not be opened. The hotel receptionist tried to prise it open with a screwdriver, but was unsuccessful. He said they had been having problems with it all day, so why didn't he ring me?. He then told me there were no rooms in the hotel so I needed to go and find a new hotel to stay. I will let you decide if you want to stay here. Good luck, if you do.

Rooms cold no heating Sheets and pilow cases soiled Bathroom with do not use notice on it all week Asked for heater to be put in room got no response Would never recommend this place to anyone not even a homeless person

no complaints about bed sheets or pillows were made to staff ,there was a boiler breakdown thats why there is inconvience for heating apologies for that

when yku checked out we have collect 2 towels from your room so towels were there , extra pillows were give free use to kitchen even offer free washing ,given discount for next few days nothing has been mentioned

Honestly, so gross! Bedding wasn't even changed, it had bits and pubic hairs on it!!! Disgusted, couldn't even sleep. Thank God I had my own towel with me, which I put on the pillow and slept in clothes! Wouldn't even pay a pound for it. The guy was welcoming tho. Never experienced anything this bad...

Convenient place to stay
The place was OK for two nights. On my arrival I asked the person at the reception if a towel would be included in the price. According to the receptionist a towel is included and he said he would get me one. However, I never got a towel throughout my stay - two nights. Luckily I had my own towel. Apart from that the lodge was fine for two nights.

Vous réservez par internet vous payez par internet. Vous arrivez et on vous indique qu'il faut payer de nouveau si vous voulez votre chambre car le gérant dit n'avoir rien reçu alors que sur votre compte le débit est fait. Attention arnaque. Heureusement Hôtel.Com vous aide. Il profite d'être près de l'université Brunel. A ne pas recommander. Not to recommend. Go your way, hustler in sight.
