Extremely welcoming reception
The owner/manager was extremely welcoming and very helpful. The room was red hot on a very cold night and I couldn't fault a thing. This is a budget hotel at a budget price and much better than many others in a similar category.

Lovely service
The place a neat and tidy, but the selling point is the owner who is such a sweet heart and treats her guests as if they are at her own house. Very helpful and attending.

Uxbridge stay
The land lady was very welcoming and could not do enough for my stay. Unfortuately, i am a very light sleeper and for me there was too much noise .

Good location next to Brunel university and on multiple bus routes from Uxbridge. Friendly, helpful host. The kitchen facility is particularly useful with fridge freezer and microwave

Clean place. Staff was friendly, caring and helpful. Close to access bus line to hospital and food areas. Just wish there could have been discount for multiple night stay.

Arrived early, but the lady gave us a key to use later after we had been to a social event in the afternoon, very pleasant, parking for 4 x cars on the front which was handy, 15min walk to town, but we got a taxi, would stay again if I'm visiting uxbridge

Comfortable nights sleep
The hotel staff are super friendly and they are so accommodating. The room I had was cosy and clean. Really nice duvet and comfy pillow. Bed was very comfortable and each night I got a good nights sleep.

Good value for the price and parking was free
Clean and comfortable bed. Room was warm, toilet also clean and the customer service was great. Only issue is don't have breakfast and buying food was a drive, nothing immediate.

Well I turned up and rang the bell. At 2 o clock which we said and agreed but know one in when I get there. Couldn’t get the owner so a guest was going out and he had the owners number and called. She said she’s out shopping. So I said I got to be at a meeting at 2.30 so she came back. I was very late but made it and it went well. But I would never stay there again. Wasn’t worth the money £60. No breakfast and a shared bathroom. 👎

Wembley Visit
Great place to stay that is cheap and cheerful. Lovely lady owner who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is a pleasant experience. She even cleaned my car whilst we were out of leaves which had dropped off the tree of neighbouring property. Bus into town picks up and drops off outside hotel. Overall this is a great place to stay if you don't want to pay the high prices charged by others. Very comfortable and no complaints. Will definately use again. A pity England could only manage a draw against Hungary!!!!!

Could do better.
The room was clean but quite tatty overall. Although their sign says bed and breakfast, they do not serve any food, although a communal microwave is available. Also there were no toiletries provided.

Wonderful personal service from caring and attentive manager, high standard of cleanliness. Only inconvenice was from another guest who thought it ok to arrive at 1am and ring the doorbells non stop despite there being no night time concierge! Nothing the hotel could avoid however!
