Location to the DLR was convenient. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in. The washer and dryer was a nice touch. The flat was fair. Areas that could be improved included the bedding, pillows, mattresses, and shower access. The kitchen cupboards need attention. I guess based on the age of the property one should expect some imperfections.
