Welcome to our stylish and art-filled townhouse in the heart of vibrant London Fields. With three bedrooms, two living rooms, and a bright glass extension off a fully equipped designer kitchen, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and character. It’s designed as a true home from home — somewhere you can relax, recharge, and enjoy London as if you were a local. We've lived here for over 20 years and absolutely love the area and all it has to offer. We've successfully had the house on other platforms and are well adapt at making a luxurious stay and help guests find some real treats during your stay. Especially if you are a foodie.

In the colder months, the house really comes into its own. Light the wood-burning stove and sink into a comfortable armchair. Gather your group around the dining table for board games or a hearty meal. Enjoy the warmth of underfloor heating in the bathroom and unwind in the oversized soaking tub after exploring the city. Smart central heating keeps every room cosy, while eclectic artwork and soft lighting make the whole house feel inviting.

THE HOUSE

Bedrooms
Three stylish and comfortable bedrooms with feather duvets and king-size or larger beds. The main bedroom has a double with generous storage. The second offers flexibility for couples or children. The loft suite, reached by steep stairs, has its own sitting room and an enormous emperor-size bed — a real retreat for adults or older children.

Living Spaces
Two welcoming lounges with plenty of seating, smart lighting, and eclectic décor. One has a wood-burning stove, perfect for winter evenings. The other has a large TV and a big sofa to curl up on together.

Kitchen & Dining
A fully stocked designer kitchen with modern appliances, induction hob, dishwasher, and laundry facilities. The adjoining glass extension serves as a garden/dining room with a large extendable table — bright by day and magical by night, kept warm with a designer gas fire.

Bathroom
A spa-style retreat with underfloor heating, smart lighting, an oversized modern bath, and a rain shower. Perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. There’s also a downstairs washroom.

Extras
The house is stocked with board games, books, and thoughtful touches for a comfortable stay. High-speed WiFi throughout.

Ideal for families or couples travelling together, seeking a stylish and relaxed base in London. We’ve curated the house over many years to be a haven in central London. But as its a family home with lots of wonderful artwork it's not good for parties or loud gatherings — this is a home for unwinding, quality time and long relaxed meals.

London Fields: At the end of the road. In winter, enjoy bracing strolls, try Pub on the Park, or swim in the famous heated Lido. For longer walks, follow the 200-year-old canal to Victoria Park.

Broadway Market: A 5-minute walk, buzzing even in the colder months with cafés, artisan bakeries, independent shops, and the weekend food market.

Shoreditch, Dalston, Hackney Wick: All within 30 minutes’ walk, full of pubs, microbreweries, restaurants, and boutique shops.
