Kitchen provided everything that we needed. We were just minutes from Piccadilly and the entertainment district. The beds were very comfortable. The showers had great water pressure, great for showering. The television had lots of channels. Located on the second floor so easy access to outside.
Great flat situated in a lovely area of London. Easy to get to the tube as well as walkable to parks, palaces, and landmarks to see! Check in was easy and kitchen and living were spacious. The master bathroom is quite small, so the mirror in the hallway and the second bathroom is helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay here in London. The flat was great and was so conveniently located! Near Piccadilly and Green park stations, many restaurants, coffee shops and a Whole Foods near by. St. James’s Park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Regent Street, SoHo and so much more- all walkable. Our contact for the rental was also available and very responsive while we were there. Spacious gem in central London that won’t break the bank
This was our second stay in this property in as many weeks. We came back because of its perfect blend of spaciousness, cleanliness and its excellent west side location. And, as London hotel prices can be brutally high, it was very reasonably priced.
A short two-day stay in this flat was brilliant for me and my family. Close to everything in West London. Super clean with modern amenities and easy, face to face communication with the property manager.
Four of us (friends and family) stayed in this wonderful flat. We absolutely loved it. It was perfectly located near the Green Park tube station, and we walked to Trafalgar Square. The flat was clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and plenty of room in the kitchen/den. Check in was easy, and Savio was was available whenever we had questions about the area. I would highly recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
London was so impressive and this apt. is so centrally located to the tube & buses. The apt. Is a bit tired, with chipping Formica and plumbing. But the location is great.
I really enjoyed the flat. The check in process was very easy and the flat had everything you need included some umbrellas for the London rain. I love that it had two bedrooms and two baths and the very important doors that close to the kitchen and media room. This allows others to watch tv or cook without disturbing others. It is literally 25 minute walk to anything you want to see and a 7-10 minute walk to the tube. Cabs are also very easy to get from this part of town. It has some great shopping that is walking distance as well.

Fabulous place to stay for a visit to central London. Close to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, The Eye and much much more. Quiet location in a mixed use area (offices, pubs and apartments). Tube access to all major lines, walking distance to shopping on Regent, Old & New Bond Street. New sofa (better than photos), fast wifi, big screen TV and full scale appliances.
one note: Washer/dryer needed repair during our stay (feb 2024) so if important for your stay check with host.
Savio was prompt in contact and meeting at location. Very seamless process with Him. Had an issue with no hot water in the Master Bath shower and Savio contacted a plumber and by the next day it was fixed. It's nice to have someone to contact who responds thanks Savio
You will not find a better situated flat for getting to the most popular spots in London. Very walkable to Picadilly Circus, the West End, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Churchill War Rooms, Westminster Abbey, and the best shopping in London. The Green Park Metro is a short walk for anything further. We encountered early construction noise in the office building across the way -- nothing to be done about that. We did find out the hard way that hot water was on a timer. An ice-cold shower at 11pm was not fun. We are all in favor of conservation, but that probably should be mentioned in the listing, discussed at check-in, or disconnected. The flat was sparse but comfortable. Savio the property manager was always responsive, including addressing the hot water heater as soon as he was notified of it. Excellent, excellent stay for two couples or a small family.
Location is great. Unit has lots of space. Bed, linens and furniture are cheap and not the quality I would like to see for the rates we paid.
Sheets on the beds were thin and the mattress was uncomfortable and cheap.
The bathroom fixtures are dated and need some updating. Furniture is budget level and the coffee table was previously damaged by guests.
Kitchen was stocked and functional.
Owners representative was friendly and prompt with communication. We were told however that the neighbors complained about a prior guest throwing a party and being loud. We were asked to tell any neighbors in the building that we were friends of the owner. That is not true, since we are just VRBO renters. We were left with the impression that the building does not allow VRBO rentals and we would not be welcomed by the building. This created an uncomfortable environment for us.
Prior reviews were not accurate. I would look for another property next time if I was aware of the issues.
Great space for hanging in London for a week. Loved having a large common area. Location was ideal. Dalton was a fabulous host- including meeting us on site to tour the property. Highly recommend this unit.
