The flat is in Central London, a premium location, next to tube (🚇 Lambeth North) and train station (🚉 Waterloo) within a short, less than 5 min walk to all London’s iconic landmarks like the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Parliament, the lively Southbank, or exploring the historic Imperial War Museum. The building has a private and secure (CCTV) access, elevator and a rooftop garden.

The recently renovated space is cosy and stylish, thoughtfully designed and equipped with high-spec amenities. The spacious living room invites you to unwind, with a Natuzzi recliner sofa and a 55-inch Samsung 4K Smart TV.
