eine brauchbare, aber sehr abgewohnte Wohnung

Die Gegend, in welcher die Wohnung liegt, ist geprägt von einem hohen Anteil von Migranten aus aller Welt. Der bauliche Zustand der Häuser rundum und auch des Lugard-Hauses, in welchem die Wohnung liegt, lässt sich mit stark renovierungsbedürftig umschreiben. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand in einem nicht sehr einladenden Spät-Supermarkt statt. Das Haus, in welchem viele Wohnungen sind, ist nicht dreckig, aber abgewohnt. Es blättert an vielen Stellen Farbe von der Wand. Die Wohnung selbst, hält das, was die Schlüsselübergabe und das Haus versprechen. Die Wohnung war nicht gerade dreckig, aber stark renovierungsbedürftig. Alte Wasserschäden, abbröckelnde Farbe, hier und da mal eine Küchenschabe, dreckige Fugen im Duschbereich... Sehr negativ empfanden wir die Betten: Alle Matratzen total ausgelegen - wenn man sich setzt, sitzt man auf dem Lattenrost, wenn man liegt, merkt man jede einzelne Metall-Spannfeder. Beim Hauptbett mussten wir das Lattenrost 3x in einer Woche reparieren. Auf dem Sofa kann man weder sitzen, noch liegen, da dies so unvorteilhaft konstruiert ist, dass genau in der Mitte eine harte Holzlatte verläuft. Der Fernsehempfang ist nur über Internetstreaming möglich, die Antenne im Zimmer empfängt nichts. Der Backofen hat bei uns nicht funktioniert. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist unzureichend: 3 kleine und 2 große Teller, 4 Schüsseln, paar Tassen und Gläser und fertig. Alle Teller mit Beschädigungen. Wir waren mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gar nicht zufrieden.
