Customer care = 0

Nous avons réservé l'hotel avec petit déjeuner inclus! Lorsque nous avons souhaité prendre le pdj, on nous a dit qu'il n'était pas inclus et avons dû payer 10£ supplémentaire par personne (ce que nous n'avons fait qu'une fois). Malgrès la preuve indiquée sur notre voucher, le manager de l'hôtel n'a rien voulu entendre et nous a chargé la CC. Pire, lrisque nous lui avons demandé de régler cela vace le site de reservation Hotel.com, il nous a répondu que ce n'était pas son problème et qu'on avait qu'à s'en occuper nous même. Ensuite nous avons payé le WiFi (ce que nous savions). Nous avons payé pour 1 semaine car 4 jour ou une semaine = même prix. Le troisième jour le WiFi nous est coupé et bien sûr l'hotel ne veux rien savoir. Enfin nous avons payé le parking de l'hotel pour 4 jours (48£). A notre retour, nous recevons un mail pour nous indiquer que nous n'avions payé que 3 jours, qu'ils ne pouvaient pas nous charger la différence mais que cela ne devrait plus arriver!

Hotel bien adapté pour sen rendre à l' O2 Arena

Hotel au calme et proche d'une linge de métro qui dessert bien le centre de Londres. Très facile pour aller à l O2 arena !!! Séjour agréable mais il faut savoir que, les environs directs sont assez inanimés en dehors des heures de travail ( quartier d'affaires). Peu de restauration, bars etc... Et nous avons dû changer de chambre après notre première nuit à cause de problèmes de maintenance...

Zimmer sind ok, im Bad zum Teil etwas grau aber sonst sauber. Wir waren in einem 3 Bett Zimmer, wobei 1 Bet ein grosses Doppelbett war und 2 zusätzlich hineingestellt wurde (kleine Einzelbette). Das Doppelbett war meiner Meinung nach zu weich. Boden ist ein Teppich, aber soweit sauber. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und reichlich. Zur nächsten Metrostation muss man etwa 10-15min einplanen. Ist nicht gerade in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum gelegen, dafür in der Nähe des City Flughafen und O2 Arena. Wifi war leider nur für 30min/24h gratis. Sonst ist es kostenpflichtig.

slecht personeel, met name de receptie. Niet klantvriendelijk. Dame aan de receptie gaf geen antwoord op vragen. Wimpelde ons af. alsof ze geen zin had. Zeer teleurstellend.

Hotel was not closest to Excel event I was going to but only took 10-15 mins as all hotels nearby were full. Breakfast included in the rate.

Rapport qualité prix difficile à battre à Londres

L'hôtel n'est pas situé dans le centre touristique mais vers Canary Wharf. On y accède facilement et sans changement : la station East India est à 300m et elle dessert Bank ou Tower Hill en 15 minutes, donc aucun soucis pour aller visiter Londres. L'hotel est récent, propre, la literie est bonne (sauf lit d'enfant en mode planche de bois, on y a rajouté une couette au fond) le personnel sympathique et serviable, le petit dejeuner inclus dans le prix est bon et copieux... par contre l'hôtel n'est pas climatisé! Nous y sommes allé en periode de bonnes chaleurs, il faisait 30° au bas mot dans la chambre! Nous etions en plus côté route, donc impossible de dormir la fenêtre entrouverte. Heureusement qu'ils pretaient gentiment des ventilateurs, sinon nous n'aurions pas pu dormir. Bref, pour une petite 100aine d'euros la nuit, ne vous embetez pas à prendre un hotel miteux et sale comme il y en a tant à Londres... mais evitez d'y sejourner en été!

Excellent value

This hotel was fairly in expensive in relation to other hotels in London, so I wasn't expecting much. Was I ever surprised! A comfortable, clean, quiet renovated room just a short train ride from the O2 arena. The included breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful. I am happy to recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Hotel London Dog Lands

Das Hotel ist mit der Tube gut erreichbar und liegt ein bisschen außerhalb von der Londoner City, was aber durch die gute Anbindung gar kein Problem ist. Der Empfang war nett. Wir konnten unser Gepäck schon vorher abgeben, bevor wir einchecken konnten. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles wichtige war vorhanden. :) die Matratze war etwas weich, aber das ist ja von Typ zu Typ anders ;) das Frühstück war typisch englisch. Aber kellogs/Müsli und Orangensaft war auch da. Das auschecken verlief Reibungslos. Hat alles geklappt ✌️️

Great hotel if you are visiting the O2

Great hotel, clean and comfortable, well stocked bar which stayed open very late. Hot snack food was also being served late too e.g. chips, cheesy chips etc. Chocolate, snacks and drinks in vending machines (one of which wasn't working). Got a taxi booked really easily and cost £12 to O2 arena and £16 back after the concert. The only thing missing was air conditioning and the second bed was not a double it was quite a snug single put you up so me and my friend had to fight over who got the decent proper double bed. All in all for the purpose of our Take That concert the hotel was more than adequate and the price was considerably less than it's nearby competitors. Breakfast looked good but can't judge as we didn't have any.

Great hotel and great location

Great hotel and great location for the O2 and Stratford etc. Very reasonable rates for parking in a security controlled car park. 3rd time staying here and very happy every time.

Staff couldn't be friendlier

Had a nice stay, made by the really friendly reception staff. The room was fairly small and a bit shabby. The bed was really comfortable though and we slept like babies. Would have been nice to have a hand towel in the room. Breakfast was tasty and loads of it. The public areas were very tired. Very close to East India DLR which was handy for O2. All in all a decent stay, but the room and public areas need a refurb.
