Staff was so nice. They allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated after an overnight flight. We received a free upgrade, too! We absolutely loved our 5 night stay at Vintry. Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms were super comfy. We had 2 connecting rooms so it was perfect with our 15 year old son. A/C worked great. Restaurant for breakfast as well as the one on the 7th floor were both very good. Neighbourhood is mostly offices but it’s super quiet in the evening and Tube station is a quick 5 minute walk as well as cafes, restaurants and supermarket. We definitely recommend the Vintry and Mercer!

The hotel is clean and modern, has nice design details in the rooms. The staff is fantastic, the bellman walked with us to the underground and carried our luggage down the steps, outstanding service! Great to be in a neighborhood that isn’t so busy and touristy, gives a little peace after a crowded day.
