I booked this last minute after being let down by two other properties on the day I was meant to be checking in. The property responded promptly with all check in info and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was fresh and clean, I have no complaints! Thank you.

This is by far, one of the best hotels around. Very clean and cozy. The staff too are very friendly and accessible. The air is always fresh. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I will always rate them 10/10

Simple but a small touch of home
Very responsive and welcoming walls are think so movement and other noise can be heard. Would be nice to have a kettle but other than that this is my 3 rd stay and the cost is reasonable.

Great place to stay. Liked that breakfast included. Everything you need and very clean. Sound insulation from upstairs could be better but this was not a problem for us.

Really great place to stay , short or long term.
When I and the misses had stayed here for about a week we had a great time , the room was immaculate, very comfortable with a big space and very friendly staff . It’s within a nice and peacefully quiet area so you can be sure your going to get a great night sleep . Highly recommended this place to stay . Top marks !!!!

Mountain out of a mole hill
My partner and I had a great time add this location nothing was too much trouble for the staff in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Reading the previous reviews to ourselves it seems that people were making a mountain out of a mole At least an eye unit things like the shower was a little smaller than would have been preferred but I'm a big guy and didn't find it that hard to navigate, the apartment could have smelt fresher but didn't smell of mould just needed more airing out a little difficult to do considering how cold the apartment was, we arrived late at night but in the morning at breakfast Tev immediately came round and got the heating and hot water working beautifully . Free parking was definitely a bonus the entrance to the car park was a little narrow but after my second night of a four-night stay it was no problem to navigate through just required that I paid attention a little bit more. Breakfast was a continental breakfast meaning that nothing was cooked apart from toast but a good choice of serial and bread but to counter and step they had a tuck shop within the property which easily allows you to upgrade your breakfast and cook something a little more to your liking as the apartment was fully cut it out kitchen wise

Clean and welcoming
Westciti Caroco Aparthotel was a quick Uber from east Croydon station to take a train to Gatwick (15mins). The Aparthotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, helping me with my luggage and making sure I had all I needed. The rooms were very clean and modern and included all the amenities mentioned. Loved the breakfast rooms and used both the laundry facilities and gym. Convenient and easy stay.

Property was clean. Toilet bowl cover was not working properly. It was coming off the hinges. Apartment was hot at times even with the window open. The fan in the room did not make much difference to the temperature. The range and refrigerator were working well. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with cereals, milk, sugar and tea. Overall our stay was good.

We couldn’t believe our luck when we arrived. The staff were so helpful. Our luggage was taken to our twin room (No3) that had everything you could possibly want. They provide continental breakfast 7:30am until 9pm and there’s 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers for you to use if needed We would definitely recommend this 5* accommodation

The property is dirty. Like there was mold around the ventilator, ventilation is poor too. There was a hole on the floor where you can literally see below the room. Ceiling seemed to be in construction but poorly built. Overall, not at all satisfied with the money I spent on the “expected” standard but not got it.

Very clean and convenient. Continental breakfast options were good and having the kitchen gives you more options. Staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble. I booked very late when reception was closed, however the night manager made the booking in process very smooth.

I stayed for 2 days in one of their studios. I have to say, while it was clean, the room reminded me of a school dormitory. It seems as though the studios are one step above a hostel type environment with the exception that every room has their own bathroom. Unfortunately, the room was very warm for myself and for my friend's room as well. They do supply fans, so you will need to close the window and leave your door open for some time with the fan running to circulate cold air from the air conditioning unit in the hallway. There are no elevators, so be aware if you have heavy luggage that you will need to take it up staircases. The property manager was very helpful, detail oriented, and extremely friendly. He helped my friend and I with a checking process with pure ease. The lounge is available to use until 9:00 p.m. at night. There is a laundry room and a gym downstairs. And a property manager is on site until night time usually. If I return to Croydon, I'll more than likely will stay in the Westciti apartment as I was there originally for 12 days prior to leaving England and returning.

Very cheaply done!
Converted house with apartment setup - very cheaply done and the breakfast was access to a fridge with cereal, tea, coffee & milk. Bed was uncomfortable & pillows were lumpy. The bathroom stank of drains. Other than that it was fine!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 12 day stay in one of the apartments. It looked just like the photos listed online. I was able to cook with the utensils and pots/pan provided. The only downside was that the apartment does not have air conditioning. So it did get a little warm in there which made me a little uncomfortable. But this only occurred the last few days as the outside temperature got warmer. They do supply a fan which is good. Overall, I would definitely recommend and I do plan on going back to stay when I return to London soon.

I stayed from April 17- may 6 the room was great felt very homey staff was very helpfully only thing we didn’t get sheets changed upon last week of my stay but staff did a great job cleaning the room area lovely not too far from anything I wanted to extended my check out time due to flight issues wasn’t able to but would for sure book again

Needs tweaking
Strange check-in, I wasn't made aware by hotels.com of check-in procedure; just by luck some employee was smoking a cigarette] outside so I could check-in, poor procedure, again I don't think it's westciti's fault. The apartment was a bit warm, nobody there to get the temperature setting right. Also, poor noise insulation: foot steps and recreational activities could be heard from upstairs

Great place for a weekend away.
Great accommodation, great facilities. Room was consistently warmer than we would have preferred but they do provide a strong fan which helped.

Noisy night - no sleep!
Good location, comms and Easley check-in and pleasant condition, although covered sofas are split under and really are not comfortable to sit on (maybe just my room). That’s all the good stuff….if you need quiet after midnight don’t stay here. Might have been my bad luck but the room was stomping around until 2:45am and y like dragging furniture around! The problem is worsened I think as this is a conversion and sound insulation is poor added to the hard floor surfaces. Like I said it may have been my bad luck…
