"We absolutely loved the hotel. It was very clean and quiet. The beds were so comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with tube directions. We were very happy that they allowed us to pay for an extra days parking which enabled us to spend a day in London sight seeing before we returned home. The only down side was the breakfast. Nobody told us that you had to order English breakfast at the bar. Only the continental breakfast was laid out we assumed that’s all there was. Would have...

"Location is excellent it’s just 2 minutes walk to the underground station, lots of shops around the hotel as well, but I have to say I was staying in top floor and there is no lift, I would give 5.5 out of 10"
