Only bad thing was I love hot water and there it wasn’t working. Luke warm water was the only option. Being the price, location, service, amenities offered. Rooftop pool, breakfast and more. Truly this place is a steal. Very close to everything and accessible. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"We just got back from our trip with a group of 15 of us, ranging from 4 years old to 62, and it truly had something for everyone to enjoy. Food: While the food wasn’t the absolute best we’ve ever had, there was plenty of variety, and if you didn’t find something you liked, the room service was excellent and definitely made up for it. Rooms: The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. They even surprised us with gifts for everyone—including a bottle of alcohol for the adults. Housekeeping was amazing; our rooms were cleaned every day, and if you were out at night, you’d come back to a freshly made bed and trash taken out. Staff: The staff couldn’t have been more kind and welcoming. Everyone was polite, friendly, and genuinely appreciative when tipped. I especially want to mention our butler, Guillermo, who went above and beyond for our group. He made the whole experience even better. "

"What an amazing 8 days in paradise. I can truly say this was an amazing hotel with amazing staff. Francisco, the waiter in the buffet made sure me and my family were taken care of. He was so thoughtful, caring, and respectful. This man truly made our meals special. There were not waits for the buffet. The food in the specialty restaurants were mediocre. The buffet was good.
