The space
Hello, welcome to our home. We are a private residential with amenities like a hotel. Our apartment is fully furnished and equipped for a pleasant stay. We also offer linens and towels as well welcoming bathroom and vanities restocking for long stage responsibility of the guest. The community has a beautiful sunny pool with sun, lounges and open dining area with tables and chairs, including a lounge area reserve for relaxing and as a coworker outside our apartment, there is a private lunch pool at temperature non-heated. Also there is axis to free parking in front of our property, a community service of bathrooms, many hammocks around the property in the garden with lush vegetation. We are sure you will enjoy the surroundings and the TULUM style all over the property welcome.
Guest access
Guest have access to all the property and all the amenities during their stay.
For additional services like massage, private chef tours, access to bars and restaurants as well Beach Club reservations consider to let us know in advance to make sure that you have a reservation . Every extra service have a fee that should be paid before deliver the service.
Other things to note
Make sure to send us a message when you confirm your reservation to make sure we receive it and ensure the best service as well receive with at least 24 hrs prior check in your access codes, in this way everything will be ready for your check in, specially last minute reservations the check in hour stays after 3 pm. During high season check out remains early with no change.

Your stay include only 7 Kw per day of use, extra kw cost 5 to 8 mx pesos.
We recommend to turn off light and AC when you are not home to keep your electricity usage to the kw included in your stay.
