"Friendly staff, checkin was quick, room was clean with comfy beds, good size washroom. We heard no noise from planes or other guests and is just across the street from the tube, that takes you to the airport (free of charge). Nothing around the hotel but they have a restaurant and bar. "

"The apartment itself was lovely, ideal for our one-night stay. Parking and check-in was easy. Our only issue was when enquiring about parking (particularly disabled parking) before arriving, the emails I received back were very unhelpful and each time I asked more than one question in an email, I wouldn’t get an answer to each one which was frustrating. Otherwise, the stay was great and breakfast was lovely."
