"Enjoyed the stay "

"II can't believe the terrible experience I had at the Rio during the volleyball tournament. I would have much preferred to stay at a different hotel with functioning elevators. As a disabled person who relies on a cane to move around, I was left waiting at the elevator for 20-30 minutes just to go up and down from my room because of the hotel's elevator problems. When I asked for assistance to bring supplies to my room after checking in, I was told that incoming guests had priority and that I would have to wait over an hour. The lack of staff support in this situation is unacceptable. How is it possible that a guest with a room already booked and disabled is left waiting for someone who is just checking in? This whole experience was completely unsatisfactory, and I have no intention of returning anytime soon."
