Well located (close to Earl's Court station - so direct connection to Heathrow via Piccadilly line), nice area and solid hotel in all respects. Price was not cheap for certainly good value for money.

The lobby was spectacular. Three staff members at the desk ready to check in customers or just ready for any questions/ concerns. They were accommodating from helping us maneuver through the property on the floor zero to get to the nearby station to letting us leaving our luggage at the lobby area on our check our day. Rooms were more than enough for two people. We had a two twin bed and they were put together to make one bed. The desk was a nice perk for the room as there was a mirror that would fold up and down attached to the desk to help get ready to put on makeup or to use if you have to work. Bathroom was spectacular in terms of cleanliness. Sink is a bit small but made it work. The only flaw is the water in the shower may get out because the shower door is completely flushed to the door or shower wall. So be sure to keep a towel on the bathroom floor at the shower entrance so water doesn’t get on there. Other than that it’s a hotel I’ll come to again. AC was available so big plus. The water and milk for coffee being refilled everyday is a big plus too. The bar and restaurant in the lobby area make for good spots to congregate for coworkers, family, friends, or whoever.

We were putting a room with a skinny bathtub with a small 1/2 glass shower door. I was able to climb into the bath with great difficulty. I was mindful of the water spray but when I tried to step out the floor was flooded with water. There was a grab handle on the wall inside the tub but nothing outside and I slipped trying to climb back out. My husband has recently had a lung transplant and during the first night of our stay my husband became ill. After an ER visit he was recommended to come back to see his doctors in the US. This hotel was extremely unhelpful, refusing to even communicate with Hotels.com who had approved a refund for our second nights stay. What a sad ending to a beautiful trip through Scotland .
