It is a great hotel, centrally located for trams, city central square and jewish quarter in easy walking distance. The hotel lovely and clean and housekeeping was very good. Staff very helpful. polite and always with a smile and a greeting. The buffet breakfast was excellent worth the money and the restuarant was very good. There is a small gym which I used several times. I liked the idea of water machines on each floor to save buying bottled water to take to the room. If I return to Krakow I will stay there again.

The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety to choose from.
We used the swimming pool & sauna everyday, a very nice luxury.

The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to the London Eye & Palace of Westminster. The hotel is huge & very clean. It also serves a very good breakfast & has 2 restaurants on site.
My only complaint is that the sink in our bathroom drained very slowly. It was an inconvenience for us.
