"The rooms are amazing, very modern and stylish. The beds are very comfortable. The noise level is pretty quiet however you can still hear sirens if theyre passing. The blackout feature is very good also, not much light creeps through. Only let down was that i needed to get staff to change pad charger as it was faulty which meant i had no access to any room features, but they did so quickly once i reported. "Was very lovely and modern facility. Liked being on Fleet Street during Easter weekend...so quiet. Very convenient to Trafalgar Square and a 5 minute walk from the Tube. Also on a bus route if we did not feel like walking. Had some difficulty getting the staff to regulate the cooling system in the room."

"Great friendly check in staff and room service staff very quick and pleasant. Initial building front door staff / hosts were patronising and rude when we sat down in the restaurant without ‘booking in’ via them. Restaurant food quality was extremely poor for the expensive prices charged. I’d seek out better quality food and service next time. Rooftop restaurant on the other hand was fantastic service, best we received all weekend especially a lovely lady with an Irish accent."

"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. "We stayed here at Marlin Waterloos for 7 days and it was wonderful! They cleaned the room every 2 days, and were super helpful whenever we had questions. The location was incredible. We were a 2 minute walk from a perfect bus stop to get around and less than 10 minute walk to multiple under grand tube stations and railways. It was only 10 minutes or so walk to many great attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament and many more. Would highly recommend...

"The hotel seems fairly new, modern, pretty, walking distance to Buckingham Palace, parks, museums and transportation steps away. Rooms are comfortable and are cleaned daily. Breakfast is buffet variety pretty good for a few days. Once you have been there a few days it gets old. Employees are super polite, professional and friendly."
