"So this was my second time to Galway and this hotel was amazing. There are so many things to say. First the staff was fantastic. Una greeted us when we came in and she went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. She was super helpf with things to do and restaurant suggestions. The hotel just went through a renovation and they did a great job. The location is amazing as you are steps from the Latin Quarter. Make sure that you prepay for the breakfast buffet as its great. The bar located in the hotel is also amazing. We met Kims there and the young man does a great job. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The best thing about Galway Bay Hotel is the staff. Absolutely the best hotel staff we had on our trip around Ireland - friendly, professional, and genuine. Although they are right beside an amusement park, the windows are excellent and almost no noise came in. Very comfortable and very walkable into Galway. "

"The hotel was outstanding. We especially liked the ability to walk into Galway and also were able to walk to the ferry to the Aran Islands and the train station. Lastly, we took advantage of the Spa which I would highly recommend."
