"Stay was nice. Our room was upgraded and we had snacks and a nice view outside. It’s not in a bad location by the airport. Quick walk to the underground for the train to down town. "

"We had a lovely stay in this excellently situated hotel, perfectly positioned for the West End, Covent Garden and several Tube stations within a short walk. Staff were exceptionally helpful and very polite and accommodating.I would highly recommend it."

"Excellent. Super comfortable bed. Beware though…very expensive taxi to get there. “Hotel shuttle” is shared and did not run often, takes up to 40 min."
