"The hotel is one block from Hyde Park, less than two blocks from the Central and Circle Tube lines and close to many dining options. I was given a room on the 8th floor and the lift went only to the 7th floor. When I requested to be given a room on a lower floor, the front desk clerk, Marat, was unwilling to fulfill the move. "We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "
