Situated perfectly to explore Rockefeller, Central Park and subway stations at hand to go further afield. Definitely return to Hotel St James. "

"There was only one elevator working for our floors. Huge lines and long waits. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time. We were on the 26th floor. I had my handicap parents with us so we had a van. The parking was 110$ every time you got your car out and brought back. It was horrible and this is not told to you on the website."

"It's a noisy hotel. You can hear everything from your room, including outside noise, people in the next room, everything at the elevator bank. The bathroom is absolutely tiny, and everything is worn and in some state of disrepair. I was incredibly disappointed that this hotel was not up to the standards I expect from a Kimpton."
