" Wry nice hotel and amazing staff"

"Pryanka the receptionist went above and beyond to make my late arrival no problem, she extended our stay by one night (because i forgot) turned my anguish into a smile and smoothed a path to a great stay. Cant thank her enough. The hotel is in a great location the rooms clean and well appointed. The breakfast is incredible. I will be back next year"

"Location excellent in media city and adjacent to multi story ( don’t park outside hotel). Room was large and airy and breakfast was excellent. Staff all amazingly friendly and helpful. I’ve noticed a big change in holiday inn over past few years but this is by far the best I’ve used. Thank you."

"It's a very bizarre hotel. The location is great though the surrounds ( Eccles shopping centre which appears to be being demolished) are very urban decayed but it is very short walk to Monton. The rooms are recently refurbished to a high standard and the staff excellent. The bar is a bit student common room but prices excellent. A good hotel for a cheap break if you ignore the immediate local of the hotel "

"Great location and the breakfast was really good. Few cleaning issues, clumps of hair on the floor and in the shower. But generally really clean, it was only a single night stay for a concert. The dishwasher was broken, forgot to mention this on checkout. Facilities are really good at the location with a pool, parking was steps away and partners with Q-Park for a discount. "

Our room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. The complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent. The only minor point for improvement we could suggest is the addition of a complimentary bottle of water in the room. While this is a small detail, it would have been a thoughtful and convenient touch after a day of travel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to returning on our next trip."

"Very reasonably priced. Rooms basic but very clean. Comfy beds...small shop in reception area, alas no alcohol licence..has a carpark (£15,,) on site which is a big plus...awesome value £80 b&b for a twin room"
