"The hotel is located in a great location for easy access to almost anywhere. They staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet at night and comfortable. Recommend this hotel. We've stayed here 5 times so far."

"This place was a bit pricey BUT well worth it. This is London. The location, just 1/2 block from Trafalgar Square, made EVERYTHING walkable. We saved so much time and Uber money by being in the central place. There are so many great places to eat all your meals, including breakfast, that I would NOT pay the extra to eat breakfast at the hotel - eat elsewhere. The free coffee in the lounge was a hit and there was a small line each day. Having free coffee available all day was a huge PLUS for this coffee fan. Our room was quite large, the shower had a nice hard flow, and the laundry room was a KEY benefit for us. Everything you needed to clean your clothes was right there."

"Bien que les chambres sont petites , elles étaient bien climatisées et bien entretenues . L’emplacement est tres bien pour visiter la ville . Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec beaucoup de choix . Le personnel attentif et sympatique"
