"Room was clean. Staff was good, breakfast not worth what we paid. Upon pulling up in front of hotel no one came out to help get the luggage up the stairs. Room was not designed for women. No mirror for a woman to do hair or makeup at the desk in the room. Couldn’t dry hair in the bathroom no plug. Room was poorly designed. Great location if you don’t blow dry or style your hair. We walked everywhere. "

"The hotel was nice and location was great for a London tourist as it was close to many attractions I was disappointed in the concierge as he made empty promises to take care of some basic requests "

"The location was perfect. Close to a few tube stations. The free washer and dryer was so helpful. Didn’t even need to pack soap. We really appreciated the ice machine and filtered water dispenser with provided refillable bottles. Would stay here again."

"We loved the location of this hotel, it was walking distance to theaters and many top restaurants. The staff were always helpful and friendly. However, it needs some serious maintenance work. The shower never drained right, the second day we had to turn off the water three times in the middle of showering to let the water drain so it wouldn’t run onto the floor. After they tried to fix it we only had to turn it off once during each shower. We had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom on three mornings. The first time it happened it was clear from stains on the ceiling that it was a recurring problem. So not sure we would recommend this hotel for those reasons."

"Remy and his co-worker at the front desk were super nice and very informative! Service to the room was quick. Rooms need to be updated but were clean. and the carpets need to be removed, hotels should not have carpeting anymore!"
