"This place was amazing. We got the grand suite with the jacuzzi tub and it had a view of the Disney Fireworks.. Staff was amazing. Room was immaculate."

"Having and entire house was great! The most comfortable beds and pillows! However, whatever they washed the sheets in (assuming a lot of bleach) cause a fairly significant skin reaction for me, not saying this is the resorts fault. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The over all lobby area was clean and pleasant. The grounds were kept up nicely, I can see how hard the staff their works. The pool area was clean and there was plenty of room. The drinks at the pool were a little expensive. Over all a very good experience. We really enjoyed having the sunset walk with all the shops and restaurants and arcade. I wish the water park there wild have been open or that we would have been notified they weren’t going to be as that was park of the reason we picked this resort. "

The worst thing I would say about the place is that none of the TVs are smart TVs, we had hoped to have a couple of movie nights, which did not get to happen because the TVs are so old. The TVs are also one of the reasons why I did not want to invest in a timeshare. "
