"This hotel was bursting with antique British decor. The staircase is grand with a chandelier, framed art, and decorative carpeting. I arrived in time for tea. I felt like I was having high-tea in an art museum while partaking in the library. It was wonderful! The Penhaligon's toiletries were a delight.
