"Ok this is nothing against the hotel and I would like to single out the receptionist who was very helpful. So I booked through hotel.com and got a confirmation mail saying it had been confirmed. However when we got there the hotel hadn't had any free rooms since March. So I then had to drive to the event we was going that night and then drive back. So that ruined the weekend. I wasn't charged for the room but that's not the point the point is hotels.com is more concerned about how many bookings...
