Perfect for work or leisure stays!

The space
Enjoy a charming 2-bedroom ground-floor apartment with a balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

Step into the spacious living area, where an open-plan design seamlessly combines the dining and lounge spaces. Relax on the comfortable sofa, enjoy the decorative fireplace, or play a tune on the piano. The room also features a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, an armchair, a bookshelf with books, and abundant natural light from the wall-to-wall window. Step out onto the balcony, furnished with cosy chairs and a table. The dining area, with a rectangular table and seating for six, is part of this inviting space.

A separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals.

The master bedroom, bathed in natural light from its wall-to-wall window, includes a king-size bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a convenient workspace.

The second bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, and a floor-to-ceiling window that floods the room with daylight.

Both beds will be made with hotel-quality linens for your comfort.

A second bathroom with a shower is also available for your convenience. Complimentary toiletries and soft towels will be provided.

The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival to ensure a fresh, welcoming atmosphere.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Other things to note
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Positive overall but some issues to be resolved for the future. A bedroom blind that would not close and bathroom fittings that seemed designed for very tall people. Would have liked a tea towel but purchase one!The toddler loved the lawn to run about on and the low balcony was a bonus. The parking was an absolute treat. We would happily return.
