Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation.

Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.

This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.

If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.

Nice two bed / two bath flat in great location

My wife and I stayed here on a repeat trip to London. It's a nice flat in a nice neighborhood, with a secure building that helped us always feel safe. There's a nice pub about 100 yards away which we had dinner at twice, and there are two small food markets with 150 yards or so. Short quarter-mile walk to the tube station which was nice. Great location above a canal-side walkway. Hosts Matt and Kevin were very responsive to any questions we had. No onerous check-out tasks, just run the dishwasher and take out the trash. Very nice!
