- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is split over four floors with no internal elevator. This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets. During term time, noise can be heard from the nearby school during drop off and pick up times, as well as at lunch and break times. The stairs leading up to the fourth level bathroom might be considered narrow and steep. The BBQ seen in the listing photos is not for guest use. The bed in the second bedroom can become two single beds. Please let us know if you would like this made up for your booking. - This is a private home with some personal touches.
