  • Welcome to the ANAH condominium, located in the center of Playa del Carmen, just four blocks from the famous Fifth Avenue, in one of the most accessible areas of the city. Equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and balcony.



    The master bedroom features a king bed, full bathroom with shower, and a closet; additionally, the master bedroom has access to a balcony with views of the building. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, closet, and full bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning.



    This condominium features a living room with television and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meal.



    The building features a terrace with an outdoor swimming pool, rest area, Jacuzzi in common areas, bathrooms, lounge chairs, elevator, gym, and business center.
