Classic Condo on 5th Avenue ,Steps from the beach

Welcome to Casa McLaren, managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This condo is located in Piedra Viva Condominiums, in one of the most central areas of Playa del Carmen, just a few steps from 5th Avenue and very close to the beach, plazas and restaurants.

Its main room has a queen bed, a large closet and a private bathroom. The second room has a queen bed and closet. Each room has high speed internet access, and air conditioning in all rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, oven. Next to the kitchen is the living room with TV, books and board games for the family. In addition, it has a terrace overlooking the street.
Outside the building you will have access to a parking space.

In addition, the Piedra Viva condominiums have a communal pool in the center of the building with a shower and sun loungers.

- You have to take into account that because it is very close to bars, sometimes there is music late at night.

MONTHLY PRICING:
- For all the rentals we require security deposit.
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.
- First and Last month.
- Pet fee must be consulted with the booking agent.
