Your rental also includes a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils and a separate laundry room.



For connectivity, high-speed wireless Internet has been installed throughout the unit. Additionally, all televisions are smart TVs so you can watch many of your favorite programs.



Right next to the living room and the main bedroom is a large patio with the beautiful sea breeze. Fortunately, the unit borders a mangrove, which allows you to observe colorful birds in the nearby trees. Additionally, the sea breeze passes perfectly through its terrace, offering a fresh marine breeze to awaken your senses.



In terms of location, you are just a 2-minute walk from Mamitas Beach, one of the most popular beach clubs in Playa del Carmen. A wide variety of shopping and restaurant options are also just a 2-minute walk away on 5th Avenue. This 2-mile long pedestrian boulevard is just around the corner.
