Welcome to the Joy condo at Singular Joy Downtown Hotel and Residences, with on-site private security, located in the central area of Playa Del Carmen.

The suite has two private rooms; the master bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, lamps, closet and safe. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, closet and air conditioning.

The condo has 2 full bathrooms equipped with towels, shower with rain shower and sink. The separate living room has a sofa and flat-screen TV and a private balcony.
The kitchen area features a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and stove with pots, pans and cooking utensils included. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, coffee cups, dishes and cutlery.

Singular Joy Downtown features free WiFi in all public areas. The terrace features beautiful sea views and two large outdoor pools, a poolside bar and a spa area. Concierge services are available.
Please note that there is no parking available on site, and that club noise can be loud during certain hours.

Playa del Carmen is only 45 minutes from the Cancun Airport, one hour from Tulum and close to the Xplor Theme Park and the Xcaret Ecological Theme Park, which are some of the most popular attractions in the area. There is also the Interactive 3D Museum of Wonders and Yucatek Divers Museum, which is also worth visiting.
